I'm an independent theatre [director / designer / dramaturg] based in [Portland, Oregon / New York City]. I specialize in creating spaces that are [otherworldy and magical / deeply human]. I work a lot in science fiction and adaptation, but am mostly just interested in the how and why certain stories feel like they need to be told. I graduated in 2023 from Reed College with a degree in Theatre and a minor in Economics. I also recieved a $6,900 grant from them in 2022 to write, direct, and produce a piece of original theatre, which you can read about here.
